TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Our staff at Eloquent Weddings & Events would like to ensure that your function needs are met in every way and to allow a smooth transaction in the purchasing & hiring of items for your function we wish to point out the following guidelines.

Delivery / set-up / pick-up fee

Should you require items delivered and setup on your behalf there will be a one off fee to cover transportation costs. (This fee will change according to your location and will be discussed with you at time of booking).

Booking fee

Once your booking has been finalized you will be invoiced for the items required and a non-refundable payment of $100 is required immediately to secure your date.  The remaining balance is to be paid 3 weeks prior to your wedding/event.

Payments can be made using your full name or invoice as the reference on the transfer.

Your booking fee confirms you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this document.

In the event of rain or high winds, we will setup at your nominated “wet weather venue”.  This will be discussed with you on your wedding day and finalized three hours prior to your wedding time.

Please be advised if there is difficult access to your location at the time of booking (e.g. steps to the beach) a surcharge for extra time loading and setting up may be applicable.

Security bond

A $100 security bond will be added to all orders for hire items. Enquiries will not be classed as a CONFIRMED BOOKING until an invoice has been issued and a booking fee of $100 deposit has been received. The security bond will be refunded within 5-10 business days following the function, less any shortage for damaged, broken or missing items.

If damages/losses total more than the deposit taken, an invoice will be issued for the cost of replacing stock.

A copy of photo ID along with contact numbers will need to be provided when returning your signed quote/agreement.
